The 42-Kilometre Incident

He paid money — actual money that could have been fish — to run 42 kilometres through a city with functioning trams. Nobody was chasing him; I checked. At the finish they gave him a medal, an object you cannot eat. He then napped for four hours, which is the only part of his training plan I have ever endorsed.
